This privacy policy discloses the privacy practices for Cyberlogical Solutions LLC. This privacy policy applies to information collected through all of our websites and software. It will notify you of the following:

Information Collection, Use, and Sharing
We are the sole owners of the information collected. We will not sell or rent this information to anyone.

We will use your information to respond to you regarding the reason you contacted us, display profile information, or to improve products. We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as necessary for software functionality (like posting scores online), or our own marketing purposes (i.e. sending updates about games we develop).

Unless you ask us not to, we may contact you via email in the future to tell you about specials, new products or services, or changes to this privacy policy. Note: We will not generally send any emails unless you have specifically registered for updates through our website or software.

Data we collect will be stored for as long as you use our Services or as necessary to fulfill the purpose(s) for which it was collected, provide our Services, resolve disputes, establish legal defenses, conduct audits, pursue legitimate business purposes, enforce our agreements, and comply with applicable laws.

The only data we collect for subscribing to informative updates are your email address and name. At this time, all of our in-game data collection is done through Unity Ads and/or Unity Analytics (for advertising and tracking of game usage patterns), and Google and/or Apple (for leaderboards and in-game achievements). Your Access to and Control Over Information
You may opt out of any future contacts from us at any time. You can do the following at any time by contacting us via the email address or phone number given on our website:

• See what data we have about you, if any.

• Change/correct any data we have about you.

• Have us delete any data we have about you.

• Express any concern you have about our use of your data.

We take precautions to protect your information. When you submit sensitive information via the website or software, your information is protected both online and offline.

If we collect sensitive information (such as credit card data), that information is encrypted and transmitted to us in a secure way. You can verify this by looking for a closed lock icon at the bottom of your web browser, or looking for “https” at the beginning of the address of the web page (not applicable to some software connection functionality).

While we use encryption to protect sensitive information transmitted online, we also protect your information offline. Only employees who need the information to perform a specific job (for example, billing or customer service) are granted access to personally identifiable information. The computers/servers in which we store personally identifiable information are kept in a secure hosting environment.

In order to post on the website, or subscribe to updates, a user must provide basic information (such as name and email address). This information may be used to contact you about the products/services on our site in which you have expressed interest. All user comments are reviewed and posts are not guaranteed to be shown on the website.

We use “cookies” on this site. A cookie is a piece of data stored on a site visitor’s hard drive to help us improve your access to our site and identify repeat visitors to our site. For instance, when we use a cookie to identify you, you would not have to log in a password more than once, thereby saving time while on our site. Cookies can also enable us to track and target the interests of our users to enhance the experience on our site. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information on our site.

Third Party Data Collection
Ads and Analytics

Our advertising and game usage analytics are done through the Unity game engine, ( which we use to develop our games. Unity’s privacy policy can be found at

Advertising is managed by Unity and we only view “meta-data” which allows us to see general usage statistics like the number of ads shown, and the number of users who click on an advertisement. We do not receive any personal information during this process.

We access analytics data for the purpose of tracking general usage statistics and improving game experiences. (e.g. The average size of bass caught in Toad Time Bass Fishing, menu buttons pressed, etc.) We do not receive any personal information during this process.

Scoreboards and Achievements

We have optional scoreboards and achievements available in some games. This is a feature that must be activated by the player. If you choose to use this feature you will be sharing information with one of the following services, depending on your operating system:

We reserve the right to add additional 3rd party software to our software and websites, and will ensure that any changes are noted on this page.

International Transfer
Your Personal Information may be transferred to, and maintained on, computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the privacy laws may not be as protective as those in your jurisdiction. If you’re located outside the United States and choose to provide your Personal Information to us, we may transfer your Personal Information to the United States and process it there. Our Policy Toward Children
Our Services are not directed to children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected Personal Information of a child under 13 we will take steps to delete such information from our files as soon as possible.
